YOGA & MEDITATION

Sometimes I teach group classes and sometimes only privately. I’m passionate about helping women and kids fit yoga into their lives, wherever and however it fits at each stage.

Yoga has a lot of physical and emotional benefits to offer before, during and after pregnancy. I create personal yoga practices tailored to support women’s changing needs to keep them strong, safe, connected and calm through this time of metamorphosis.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

MASSAGE

I am a qualified remedial massage therapist specialising in effectively treating pregnancy-related complaints as well as massage targeted at birth preparation and induction of labour.

Massage improves wellbeing & comfort in pregnancy, relieves pain during childbirth and is effective for improved postnatal recovery.

Did you know that research shows that women receiving massage in pregnancy report reduced anxiety, improved mood, better sleep and less back pain!? Women have fewer complications during labour and their infants had fewer postnatal complications!

 

BABY MASSAGE

Learn how to understand your chid through touch, massage, voice and movement to  support attachment and development. This evidence-supported practice  promotes family relationships, health and development.

INFANT SLEEP EXPERT

Struggling with lack of sleep is the reality of having a little person with lots of growing up to do. The best way to get a good night’s sleep? Have a trusted source of good information and get their help when you need it.

If you DON’T want harmful and outdated sleep training then I can help. I call it ‘sleep doula support’ and am proud to offer a gentle, respectful, personalised approach that works.

YOGA PLAYGROUP

We're not your average playgroup. If you parent consciously you will find a space to connect through play with a like-minded community, yourself and your little ones. Come and be nurtured and supported in this parenting journey in a yoga-inspired way. The yoga we create is communal, interactive and fun, every week we share a home-cooked meal, combine asana, pranayama & meditation in a fun and engaging way, discuss sacred mothering topics in circle and real friendships are forged.
